My parents gave me the new crock pot for my birthday and my mom asked me to let her know when I used it. So I thought I would post it for her. I made a roast with red potatoes and carrots. Yummy, I know that is winter food, but in the crock pot it doesn't heat up the house and the smell while its cooking is to die for.
Yummy!
Such a nice treat after working all day to come home and have dinner ready in no time. I just tossed a green salad together and serve!

I LOOOOOVE crockpot meals! They are so yummy smelling in the house, and so easy. It doesn't get better than that.
