Lost my blogging mojo...

Somewhere I have lost my blogging mojo, does anyone know where it is? I really want it back!! I love to blog and it is relaxing for me, but I have not had time to relax.

My gf came over yesterday, she had lots of old ice skating outfits that she wants to sale on ebay and needed someone to model them. Amy was the model and let me tell you she loved trying on each beautiful outfit and posing for a picture. Then she asked if she could buy one, so Wendy gave her one and Hannah one. I think they will wear them for Halloween this year! Double score!! Thanks Wendy! :)

We also had Amy's friend Morgan over yesterday for a playdate. They played dress up, swam and basically ran a muck all day long. This meant no nap for me!! This also meant I ddn't get to do all the laundry I wanted because I was watching girls swim.

We had a dentist appt. this morning (friday) as well. This was Hannah's first true appt. for x-rays, cleaning and check up!

They love to go to the dentist!! Its like a inside park.

Hannah allowed them to take 2 x-rays and never even complained or cried. I am a proud mommy right now. After she did the x-rays they gave her two lollipops (sugar free of coarse) and the purple dinosaur she is laying with. They said they only have one other 2 year old that has done as well.

Then Brandy cleaned her teeth and flossed, while Hannah watched a movie. Here she is looking at Amy in the next chair. Then Dr. Beam came in and looked at her teeth, she never even once complained about it. He even held her after the appt. Again very proud momma!!

Amy always has done amazing, she never has complained either. She just lays there and watches a movie and lets them do whatever they want. She also got a great check up and they placed 3 sealants on her molars. Yayy, Amy. If anyone is looking for a children's dentist I highly recommend Dr. Beam in Riverside. He is awesome.

4th of July weekend. Me and the girls headed to the river on Thursday night after I got off work and I was able to get Kent a ride on Friday afternoon after work. It was so nice to be there until Monday!! Anyway, I got my camera out and the battery was dean so I took just a couple of pictures.

The water was perfect and the weather was amazing. I floated on a raft and relaxed. I love the river. Can't wait to go again!!

I thought the weather would be too hot, but it was perfect. We tubed, cliff jumped, watched fireworks on the river (from the boat), relaxed, ate, drank and enjoyed the company of our friends and family.

Busy Bees

Not sure how or why the time goes by so fast.

The doctor I work for was off this week, so I only worked the first half of the week and had the last part off. Anyway, on Thursday we invited Amy's friend over from school.

It was a bit early to swim and the water was cold, so we picked up lunch and ate it at the park. I thought we could get the girls hot so they could swim and Hannah would get tired and take a nap.

Friday, we had a bunch of errands to do. Then we met my Bff and her kids for lunch at Wendy's. That was fun, we don't get to spend a lot of time together. So the time I get I cherish.

Saturday, we had my cousins baby shower in Tujunga. The girls were so good.

My cousin Rachel and her husband. It was not a couples shower, but he was feeling a bit left out so he came for the gifts only.

From the shower we had a birthday party to go to. One of Amy's friends from school. So We got there about 4:20 p.m. and stayed until 7:00 p.m. They were having so much fun. Sorry no pictures of that. Anyway, my friends anniversary was Saturday, so while they went out to dinner we kept Carly. The girls were having so much fun, that we just let her spend the night. This was Amy's first time having a friend stay at our house. She loved it! I had Kent set up the air mattress in the living room and they played wii and watched Shrek until they fell asleep.

Sunday morning, I made waffles and bacon. Hannah joined them in the morning for cartoons. Then the girls swam a bit and Carly's parents came and got her. We took an afternoon nap and then went to do our normal Sunday errands.

Whew, I'm exhausted just reliving it!! Back to a normal work week tomorrow.

Happy Birthday Amy

Today one of my babies turns 7! Wow, I just can't get my head around it either. This little cutie is moving into 2nd grade in August 2010. While she was a VBS tonight they called her and another little boy who has the same birthday up to the alter and we all sang Happy birthday to them both. I wish I had my camera, she was smiling ear to ear.

While she was at Church, Kent and I went to Sam' s and bought her a triple chocolate cake! This thing was so rich, you couldn't hardly get it down.

Can you tell she loved it? She didn't even want a fork, just pick it up and eat it!! haha

Hurricane Hannah wants ponytails in her hair everyday, which has its ups and downs. I love to put them in her hair and make her look like a girl, however, she wants to do it herself.

So this is what I walked into on Sunday.

100 plus little rubber bands every where. Later Sunday night we were all in the Jacuzzi and well lets just say it how it is. Hannah pooped in the jacuzzi, needless to say we all jumped out and Kent had to drain it, get the shop vac out and get the rest of it, while I got all of us girls in the shower. Do you think that was Hannah's Father's day gift to her daddy????

This is Hannah on her way to pick up Amy from VBS. She is wants to be a big girl and stay.

VBS is this week every night from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m., Amy loves to go.

Have you ever been to Rodeo Burger in Norco? If you haven't I suggest you go. My friend Bonnie and I were talking about it on Tuesday. She said the Carne asada nachos are to die for. So Kent is working late, rick is working late Amy is at VBS and Hannah wanted a hot dog. So me and my baby went to Rodeo burger. No joke this is the biggest nacho platter I have ever seen. I might have eaten a quarter of it and the rest is in the fridge for someone else to enjoy.

Schools out now bring on summer fun!

Amy's last day of school was Thursday 6/17/10 and I am very excited about that! No more homework!! However, we are going to try to make her do Raz Kids and some basic math each night just to keep all of us in check.

Amy's class had a police dog come in and some of the kids were able to pet him. Amy LOVES dogs and was very excited about this. Wish I could have been there to see her face in person.

They had twin day last week. Amy wanted to be "twins" with her friend Carly. So we bought them matching outfits to wear. The girls in purple Paige and Nicole and really twins!!!

Hannah wanted pony tails so I put two in and she just looked so cute I had to post it!!

Today we were suppose to be getting ready for a river trip, but Kent has been fighting a cold all week. He woke up this morning and said he just didn't feel like going. So instead of packing me and the girls did this.

Hannah got these crayons for the tub for her birthday. Now I can't keep Amy out of the tub!! The two of them destroy the bath tub every night!! I hope these are memories the girls will carry in their hearts for ever!!

How did this girl turn into..

this girl?????

Sunday morning my baby turned 2. Yep, thats right 2! How does this happen? I don't want it to happen. Anyway, after I got her showered and dressed she was checking out her new toys and playing with this doll my parents got her. It was so cute.

We had one last gift for her to open on her actual birthday. Its a Radio flyer wagon/ stroller/ ride on toy. It was cuter in the box. I am not sure I would recommend you buy it. :(

I made dinner and she got another piece of birthday cake and ice cream. We sang to her again. She loved it.

This kid is so smart, she is talks so clear and communicates well. She has 12 teeth. Cheery, fun and silly. A pleasure to be around. Almost potty trained and no more paci. We thought the paci would be a difficult task, seeing how Rick had his paci until he was 3 or more. (only in his crib) and Amy was sucking her thumb up till about a month or so ago. However, Sunday morning we took the paci's out of her crib and when I put her to bed Sunday night, she never even asked for it. Monday is night number two and she isn't even asking for it! Yipee!!! Repeats ANYTHING you say and LOVES her momma!! :)
