We have been in need of a new water heater for about a month now. The old one was leaking and we had a bucket under it until Kent had time to change it out. Here is the old tank, I would guess it is the original for the house or close to it. It is rusty and falling apart. Had we not replaced it, we probably would have a flood in our near future.
Ain't she a beauty? Here is the new tankless water heater! I can't believe how different they are. Crazy how things have evolved.

Wow, they really have come up with a nice new wayyy smaller water heater! Will would have let our house flood first ... then bought a new one! ha
